How we protect your data
We take technical measures such as our website encryption through our installed SSL certificate proved by Commodo.com. We DO NOT retain your credit card information on our website. Your info is encrypted and passed through a secure channel to our payment provider, stripe.com.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We use a constantly updated Threat Defense Feed to protect our website from malware signatures and malicious IP addresses. We take precautions using firewall and malware technology to keep our website safe from potential hackers. We use a scan to leverage the same proprietary feed, alerting us quickly in the event our site is somehow compromised.
What third parties we receive data from
As we mentioned above. We use a service provided by MonsterInsights and automatically anonymizing the last octet of all IP addresses. We also disable the userID tracking.
Data Collected to Manage Your Membership
At checkout, we collect your name, billing address, email and phone number. This information is used to confirm your credit card. The billing address and phone number are saved by our site to prepopulate the checkout form for future purchases and so we can get in touch with you if needed to discuss your order.
At checkout, our payment processors (Stripe or Paypal) may also collect your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. This information is passed through our payment gateway to process your purchase. The last 4 digits of your credit card number and the expiration date are saved by our payment partners to use for reference. We DO NOT keep your payment information on our website.
