USA Hockey has revealed the 23-player roster for the 2023 U.S. Under-18 Men’s Select Team, which will compete at the Hlinka Gretzky Cup in Břeclav, Czechia, and Trenčín, Slovakia from July 31 to August 5, 2023. Their opening game will be against Czechia on July 31. Nine members of the team previously played in the U.S. Under-17 Men’s Select Team at the 2022 Five Nations Tournament. Seventeen players have committed to playing college hockey.
The coaching staff includes head coach Luke Strand, along with assistant coaches Karl Goehring, Chad Kolarik, Jimmy Mullin, and Nick Oliver.
All U.S. games in the Hlinka-Gretzky Cup will be broadcast live by NHL Network (USA).
