The off ice and on ice testing segments of the BMO CHL Top Prospects game took place today in St. Catharines. HockeyProspect.com was on hand to record some of the on ice testing.
The testing was divided into three segments. Team Cherry took the ice first, Team Orr second and the goalies went through some testing at the end. We took footage of both Team Cherry and Team Orr and one drill of the goalies going through their testing.

We also had a chat with Owen Sound goaltender Michael McNiven. We spoke a lot about the goalie position but he also told us about his new mask. The mask includes a section with a tribute to his grandfather who passed away. The quote is something his grandfather said to him quite often before games, “keep your legs warm and have fun.”
